Acute, heftige hoofdpijn
Ontstaat tijdens of net na het orgasme of lichamelijke inspanning
Pijn verdwijnt binnen enkele minuten tot uren

Complicaties:

Diagnostiek:
CT-scan en liquoronderzoek om een andere oorzaak voor de pijn uit te sluiten

Behandeling:
Bij vaker voorkomende seksuele hoofdpijn: indomethacine of propranolol voor de seksuele activiteit.
